Privacy Policy

1. General

This privacy policy ("Policy") sets out the privacy practices of https://SolPortfolio.io (the "Platform," "we," "us"), operated by SolPortfolio.io (the "Company"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions, sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed. By visiting or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If any term in this Policy is unacceptable to you, please do not access or use the Platform.

For any questions about this Policy or your data, contact us at support@SolPortfolio.io.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

The Platform is designed to require as little personal data as possible. We collect:

  • Wallet addresses you choose to connect or submit for analysis. A wallet address and its associated on-chain activity are public blockchain information, not private data you disclose to us, but we treat wallet addresses as personal data where they can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
  • Email address, only if you voluntarily provide one (for example, to contact support or subscribe to updates).
  • Technical and usage information collected automatically when you visit the Platform, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and pages visited on the Platform.
  • Session and visitor identifiers, and information about the pages and tools you interact with on the Platform, used to personalize on-page content to your wallet and browsing activity as described in Sections 4 and 6.
  • Payment transaction data relating to MCP Access purchases, made via on-chain cryptocurrency payment under the x402 payment standard. We do not collect or store traditional payment card details, billing addresses, or other card-network data, since no card-based payment method is used for MCP Access.

We do not collect your name, physical address, residency information, or off-chain financial account information, and nothing on the Platform requires you to provide them.

If, in specific circumstances described in our Terms and Conditions, we request additional information or documentation from you (for example, to investigate suspected misuse of the Platform), any such information will be processed solely for that stated purpose and in accordance with this Policy.

3. How Do We Collect Your Information?

Direct collection — when you voluntarily provide an email address or other information to us, for example through a contact form or support request.

Wallet connection — when you connect a wallet or submit a wallet address for analysis, we process that address and its associated public on-chain data to provide the Services.

Cookies and similar technologies — the Platform uses cookies and local device storage as described in Section 4.

Log files — like most website servers, we automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, platform type, and timestamps. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Platform, prevent abuse, and gather aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.

4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Personalization Tracking

The Platform displays a cookie consent banner. Cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary for the Platform to function (for example, analytics or advertising-related cookies) are only set following your consent given through that banner. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Platform's core functionality may be set regardless of consent, as permitted under applicable law.

Categories of cookies we use, where applicable:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for core Platform functionality.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Platform is used, in aggregate and non-identifying form, so we can improve it.
  • Advertising/retargeting cookies — where used, help us understand which channels bring visitors to the Platform.

In addition to cookies, the Platform uses local browser storage to generate a session identifier and, where applicable, a longer-lived visitor identifier on the device you use to access the Platform. Together with your wallet address (if connected) and the pages and tools you visit or use on the Platform, these identifiers are used to personalize the messages, prompts, and content shown to you, and may be shared with a third-party personalization service provider for this purpose, as described in Section 6. These identifiers are set on our domain only and do not involve browser fingerprinting.

You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Disabling cookies, or clearing your browser's local storage, may affect some Platform functionality, including personalization.

5. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use the limited information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its Services
  • Process MCP Access payments made via the x402 standard
  • Respond to support requests and communications you initiate
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve Platform performance and security
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms and Conditions
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from public authorities
  • Produce aggregate, non-identifying statistics about Platform usage

We do not use your information to assess loan or credit applications, as the Platform does not offer lending or credit products.

6. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose limited information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — we engage third parties to help operate the Platform (for example, hosting, analytics, and payment infrastructure providers). This includes a third-party personalization service provider, to which we share your wallet address and your activity on the Platform (such as pages visited and tools used) so that provider can generate personalized content shown to you on the Platform. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.
  • Aggregate data — we may share aggregated, non-identifying statistics with partners or the public.
  • Legal and safety reasons — we may disclose information where required by law, to comply with a valid legal request, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Platform or others, or to investigate suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Business transfers — if the Platform is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or its successor.

7. Your Rights

7.1 If You Are Located in the EU, EEA, or UK

You have the right, subject to applicable law, to: be informed of how your data is processed; access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; request restriction of processing in certain circumstances; and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent for a particular processing activity, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, but may mean we are unable to continue providing certain features or aspects of the Services that depend on that data, to the extent affected.

7.2 If You Are a California or Other U.S. State Resident

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to: know what personal information we have collected about you; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, where applicable. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To the extent any Platform activity (such as advertising cookies) is considered "sharing" under applicable law, you may opt out via the cookie banner described in Section 4. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7.3 All Users

Regardless of location, you may contact us at support@SolPortfolio.io to ask what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law (including any applicable anti-money-laundering or financial recordkeeping obligations, where relevant). Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies an individual may be retained without time limit.

9. International Data Transfers

Given the global nature of the Platform, information we collect may be processed or stored in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

10. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold, including encryption in transit (such as TLS/SSL), access controls limiting internal access to authorized personnel, and monitoring for unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any information you transmit to us is done at your own risk.

11. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@SolPortfolio.io and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

13. Contact Us
